Dec. 23, 2008 -- A Canadian company, Dorsey Marketing Inc. (DMI), is recalling certain G&J Gourmet Market cocoa products sold at Big Lots and Shopko stores nationwide because they may contain melamine, a chemical that can cause kidney disease.
The recall involves the following products:
"No injuries have been reported and only a few samples, have, in fact been found to include melamine," DMI states in a news release posted on the FDA's web site.
