Molecular Weight Marker

1. Digest 20 µg l DNA (40 µl DNA if at 0.5 µg/µl)
2. Add 50 µl 10X Tracking Dye
3. Bring volume of the digested DNA up to 500 µl with H2O (410 µl if the DNA is 40 µl): If l DNA is digested in our lab, the volume of H2O varys.
4. Mix, heat to 65 C for 5 min, cool quickly on ice, and store at 4 C.
5. Load 5 µl (200 ng per application)
