摘 要 应用高效液相色谱法测定文冠木各部位中杨梅树皮素和槲皮素的含量,色谱柱采用SUNTEK AccusiL

Shuhua Abstract Myricetin and
quercetin in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were determined quantitatively
by HPLC.The results were stable and reproducible.It was carried out in the
SUNTEK AccusiL C-18 column with the mobile phase of a mixture of
MeOH∶H2O∶H3PO4(40∶60∶0.4).Their average
recoveries were 101.3% and 94.9%, and the coefficients of correlation were
0.999 9 and 0.998 2 respectively. 文冠木为无患子科文冠果属文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge)的干燥茎枝,分布于东北、华北、西北等地,主产于内蒙古.蒙药名称西拉*森登,能祛风湿,消肿止痛,敛干黄水.临床用于治疗风湿性关节炎、风湿内热、皮肤风湿等症〔1〕.目前对文冠木作为药材的质量控制尚未标准化,仍依赖于比较传统的识别方法,因此作者用HPLC法对其所含杨梅树皮素和槲皮素进行了含量测定,提供了对文冠木进行质量控制的依据和方法,并对不同采集时间、不同产地文冠木的各部位进行了比较. 1 仪器与试药 Shimadzu LC-10A型高效液相色谱仪;SPD-M10A二极管阵列检测器;Class LC-10A色谱工作站:CTO-10A色谱柱温箱;SIL-10A自动进样器;甲醇为色谱纯(天津四友化工厂);对照品杨梅树皮素和槲皮素自制,纯度>99.85%;其他试剂均为分析纯(山东禹王化学试剂有限责任公司);水为重蒸水. 2 方法与结果 2.1 色谱条件 Tab.1 Precision tests of determinations |
