高效液相色谱法测定金骨颗粒剂中仙茅苷的含量

摘　要：目的：高效液相色谱法测定金骨颗粒剂中仙茅苷的含量。方法：本品以甲醇提取，提取物加水溶解后用醋酸乙酯萃取，萃取液进行高效液相色谱法分析。色谱柱AlltimaC₁₈(5μm，4.6mm×250mm)，流动相为甲醇-异丙醇-水(20∶5∶75)，流速：0.8mL^.min^-1；柱温：30℃；检测波长：283nm。结果：加样平均回收率为98.68%，RSD为2.1%(n=5)。结论：实验结果表明，该法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重现性好。

Abstract：Objective：An assay method was developed for the determination of curculigoside in Jingu granules by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column Alltima C₁₈(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);the mobile phase methyl alcohol-isopropyl alcohol-water(20∶5∶75)and detection at 283 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL^.min^-1.Column temperature was at 30 ℃.Results:The average recovery was 98.69%(RSD=2.1%，n=5).Conclusion:The results showed that the method is simple and accurate in the quality control of Jingu granules.
