摘 要:目的:高效液相色谱法测定金骨颗粒剂中仙茅苷的含量。方法:本品以甲醇提取,提取物加水溶解后用醋酸乙酯萃取,萃取液进行高效液相色谱法分析。色谱柱AlltimaC18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇-异丙醇-水(20∶5∶75),流速:0.8mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:283nm。结果:加样平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为2.1%(n=5)。结论:实验结果表明,该法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重现性好。

AbstractObjectiveAn assay method was developed for the determination of curculigoside in Jingu granules by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column Alltima C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);the mobile phase methyl alcohol-isopropyl alcohol-water(20575)and detection at 283 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1.Column temperature was at 30 .Results:The average recovery was 98.69%(RSD=2.1%n=5).Conclusion:The results showed that the method is simple and accurate in the quality control of Jingu granules.
