摘要 目的:建立三羟乙基芦丁的血药浓度测定方法。 Determination of Troxerutin Concentration in Plasma by HPLC Chen Zhensheng Abstract Objective:To establish HPLC method for determining troxerutin
in human plasma. Method:Trihydroxyethyl rutoside was converted to tetrahydroxyethyl
rutoside by 2-chlorethanol.then separated and determined by HPLC/fluorescence
detection.Results:The linear range was between 1.25~40 ng.mL-1
with r=0.9994,and the lowest limit of detection was 1 ng.mL-1.The average recovery
within the above range was 91.52 %~95.83 %.The RSD values of intraday
and interday were lower than 4.3 % and 5.2 %,respectively.Conclusion:The
present study provides a reliable quantitative method for pharmacokinetic
studies of troxerutin. 羟乙基芦丁是一无毒黄酮类化合物,已成功地用于治疗和预防毛细血管的破损和膜渗透性增加等方面的疾病[1]。最近的研究发现它尚有捕捉基因的功能,这可解释其具有镇痛作用[2]。 |
