摘要 目的:建立两头尖中竹节香附素A的反相高效液相色谱测定法,并采用该方法对不同产地两头尖中竹节香附素A的含量进行比较。

Determination of Raddeanin A in the Root of Anemone Li Chaosheng,Pan Shuyang,Han Weiting,Sun Kai and Song Huagang (Academy of Traditional Chinese
Medicine and Materia Abstract Objective:RP-HPLC method was established
for the determination of raddeanin A in the root of Anemone raddeana
Regel.The content of raddeanin A in the root of the plant from different
areas was determined by this procedure and compared to each other.Method:The chromatographic system consists
of Alltech C18 column and mobile phase of MeOH-H2O(7∶3)with a detection wavelength at 207 nm. Results:The content of raddeanin A in the root of Anemone raddeana
Regel.collected from Jilin,Heilongjiang and Liaoning Province was
0.32 %、0.3572 % and 0.2808,respectly.The average recovery was
100.3 % and the relative standard deviation was 1.4 %.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,sensitive
and can be used to control the quality of the herb. 两头尖为毛莨科植物多被银莲花(Anemone raddeana Regel.)的根茎,具有祛风湿、消痈肿之功效,用于治疗风湿寒痹,四肢拘挛,骨节疼痛,痈肿溃烂等疾病。两头尖也是著名中成药“活络丹”和“再造丸”的主要原料[1]。近年来,国内学者已从两头尖中分离出多种皂苷成分[2~4],药理实验显示,其中的竹节香附素A是两头尖具有抗癌作用的主要活性成分[3]。关于两头尖的定量分析,通常采用比色法测定其中所含总皂苷,而相关的单体皂苷的定量分析方法未见报道。为完善两头尖的质量标准,我们建立了两头尖中竹节香附素A的液相色谱测定方法,并比较了不同产地两头尖中竹节香附素A的含量,该方法灵敏、准确,专属性强。 1 仪器与试药 2 色谱条件 3 线性范围 |
