(Beijing Institute for Drug Control,100035) Abstract:This paper reports a simultaneous determination method
of three components in compound rifampicin tablets,using RP-HPLC
with a Spherisorb-CN column(10 μm,4.6mm×250mm)and a mobile phase
of 0.01 mol/L sodium 1-heptane sulfonate(pH 2.0)—acetonitrile(44∶56).Naphazolin
hydrochloride was selected as the internal standard.The detection
wavelength was 254 nm.All the results for the standard curve,the
recovery and the separation showed that the method is satisfactory. Key words:rifampicin,isoniazid,pyrazinamide,RP-HPLC
