分别用无水乙醇、甲醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮作为提取溶剂,结果无水乙醇可将绿原酸和甘草酸提取完全,但提取液组分太多,以致于难以分离完全。根据绿原酸和甘草酸在氯仿中几乎不溶,先用氯仿提取,除去极性较小的组分,然后再用乙醇提取,其他组分较少,分离效果好。
对提取方法进行了水浴回流、超声波及沙氏提取3种方法的比较,结果表明,水浴回流效果最佳。
本文方法可用于评价银翘解毒片的质量,也可用于金银花、甘草原药材中绿原酸、甘草酸的含量测定。

and determine chlorogenic acid and glycyrrhetic acid in Yin Qiao
Jie Du tablets.They were separated and determined on YQG C18 co-
lumn(3.9 mm×200 mm,5μm),using acetonitrile-water(49∶51)as mobile phase,phenacetin as
internal standard,UV detector,flow rate 1 mL/min. Selection
of extracting solvent,determination of linearity range and check
of interference factors have been made.The accuracy of the method
