摘 要:目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定气喘片中氨茶碱、盐酸麻黄碱、苯巴比妥和盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法 用LichrosorbC18为色谱柱填料,以0.2%的三乙胺溶液(用50%的磷酸调节pH值2.5)-甲醇(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长254nm。结果 4种成分能很好分离;氨茶碱、盐酸麻黄碱、苯巴比妥和盐酸苯海拉明的线性范围分别为20~300μg·mL-1(r=0.9991),5~75μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),10~150μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)和5~75μg·mL-1(r=0.9997);平均回收率分别为101.18%,97.09%,100.50%和100.78%,RSD<2%(n=5)。结论 方法快速、方便,适用于该复方制剂中4种成分的同时测定。
Determination of four constituents of antiasthma tablets by HPLC LU Guo-hong(Department

200001,China) Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determinatrion of the four constituents in antiasthma tablets by RP-HPLC:aminophylline,ephedrine hydrochloride,phenobarbital and diphenhydramine hydrochloride.METHODS Lichrosorb C18 column was used.The mobile phase was 0.2% triethylamine adjusted to pH 2.5 with 50% phosphoric acid-methanol(50∶50).The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS The four constituents had good resolution.The liner range of aminophylline,eyhedrine hydrochloride,phenobarbital and diphenhydramin hydrochloride were 20~300 μg·mL-1,5~75 μg·mL-1,10~150 μg·mL-1 and 5~75 μg·mL-1 with the correlation coefficients 0.9991,0.9999,0.9999 and 0.9997,respectively.The average recoveries were 101.18%,97.09%,100.50% and 100.78% respectively with RSD<2%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method was simple and fast,and suitable for the determination of the four constituents in compound tablets.
