猪油样品中有机锡化合物的气相色谱-火焰光度法及气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘　要：通过将污染猪油中的有机锡化合物进行丙基化衍生后，利用气相色谱-火焰光度法（GC-FPD）及毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）对它们作了全面的定性分析。实验结果表明：猪油样品中均含有二甲基锡，多数样品中还含有三甲基锡和一甲基锡。

Qualitative Determination of Organotin Species in Lard byGas Chromatography with Flame Photometric Detector andGas Chromatography／Mass Spectrometry

Abstract：The organotin compounds in the contaminated lard samples were identified by gas chromatography-flame photometric detector and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry after propylation with Grignard reagent. Experimental results identified that all lard samples contain dimethyltin compound and most of these samples contain tri-and monomethyltin compounds.
