高效液相色谱法测定及玄参中肉桂酸的含量 湖南省药品检验所 摘 要 目的：应用反相测定脉络宁注射液的含量。 方法：以甲醇—水—冰乙酸（45：55：0.2）为流动法相，采用C18化学键合硅胶为固定相，在273nm进行测定。 结果；在0.02720.1632ug范围内线形关系良好，平均回收率为97.84%。 结论：该方法简便、可靠、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。 关键词：高效液相色谱法，脉络宁注射液，肉桂酸，含量测定 Determinatinon of Cinnamic acid in Mailouning Injection by HPLC Lei yuping,Li wenli,Wangtao and Caoxiangping (Huann provincial Institute for Drug Control,Hunan ,Changsha,410001) Abstract Contents of Cinnamic acid in Mailuoning Injection was determinined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.The method used a C18 column,methanol-H2O-acetic acid (45:55:0.2) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min with detection wavelength at 273nm . The method proved to be linear in the range of 0.0272 ～0.1632ug ,The recovery of the method was 97.84%.The method is simple ,reliable,accurate and can be used to the quality control of the preparation.
