GC测定白花前胡中白花前胡丙素和白花前胡丁素的含量

摘 要:目的 建立了GC测定白花前胡根中白花前胡丙素(Pd-Ⅰa)和白花前胡丁素(Pd-Ⅱ)含量的方法。方法 采用SE-30石英毛细柱(0.22mm×25m),液膜厚度0.25μm,FID检测器,以正二十五烷为内标物。结果 Pd-Ⅰa和Pd-Ⅱ的标准曲线分别在0.175~1.919μg(r=0.9995)和0.086~0.950μg(r=0.9996)之间有较好线性关系,Pd-Ⅰa和Pd-Ⅱ的加样回收率分别为(98.28±2.07)%和(99.58±2.44)%,并将GC和HPLC测定Pd-Ⅰa,Pd-Ⅱ结果比较,两方法之间无显著性差异。结论 本法简便,快速,准确,灵敏度高,对于前胡的质量检测有一定参考价值。

Determination of Pd-Ⅰa and Pd-Ⅱ in Peucedanum praeruptorum by GC

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of the contents of Pd-Ⅰa and Pd-Ⅱ in roots of Peucedanum Praeruptorum.METHODS The determination was performed on a silica capillary SE-30(0.25 μm 0.22 mm×25 m)column by FID detector;with n-C25H52 as the internal standard.RESULTS The standard curves of Pd-Ⅰa and Pd-Ⅱ were linear over the range from 0.175 μg to 1.919 μg(r=0.9995) and 0.086 μg to 0.950 μg (r=0.9996),respectively.The average recoveries were (98.28±2.07)% for Pd-Ⅰa and (99.58±2.44)% for Pd-Ⅱ.Compared with HPLC,there was no significant difference in the results between GC and HPLC.CONCLUSION The method appeared to be simple,sensitive,rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Chinese medicine Qianhu.
