摘 要:采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法对茶条木挥发油化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分离出134个峰,共确认了其中101种成分,所鉴定化合物的含量占全油的78.08%。用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量,其主要化学成分为二苯胺、棕榈酸甲酯、十六酸等。 茶条木是无患子科植物Delavaya yunnanensis Franch,是茶条木属唯一一种植物,又名黑枪杆、滇木瓜、米香树等,产自云南大部分地区和广西西部及西南部,越南北部也有分布,是亚洲特有植物,其种子油含量很高,是一种很好的油料植物,因含有毒素,不能食用,可用于制造肥皂,也可做润滑油,广西用以润发,谓可治头虱,云南用以治疥癣[1],越南也作为一种药用树种使用。有关茶条木种子油的成分,程氏等[2]曾分析了茶条木种子油含量及脂肪酸成分,但对其整体植物的化学成分未见报道。本文采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱法对茶条木的地上部分包括茎、叶、种子的挥发油化学成分进行了研究,分离得到了134个峰,鉴定了其中101种化合物,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量,为茶条木的资源利用提供了基础数据。 1实验部分 1.1仪器与材料 2结果与讨论 2.1实验结果 图1 茶条木挥发油气相色谱图 表1 茶条木挥发油气相色谱-质谱法分析结果 |
