| 【中文摘要】 | 目的:研究将傅立叶变换红外光谱技术应用于中药注射剂鉴别的新方法。方法:系统考察了制样、分辨率、扫描次数、重复扫描次数等对光谱信息质量产生影响的因素,分别测定了板蓝根、川芎、红花、黄芪、鱼腥草等中药注射剂的红外光谱。结果:各种注射剂原始图谱具有较大的相似性,采用计算机辅助解析技术可以较好的对不同种注射剂进行鉴别。结论:以红外光谱法建立中药注射剂的模式识别库具有可行性。该法具有成本低、样品无损耗、环保、速度快、操作简便、鉴别结果可靠等优点,有重要的推广意义。 |
| 【英文摘要】 | AIM: To investigate a new method for identification of traditional Chinese medicine injection by FTIR.
