简  介：
Simon J. Rhodes is Associate Dean for Graduate Studies at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He also is a professor in the Department of Cellular & Integrative Physiology. Dr. Rhodes’ research group investigates gene regulation during endocrine organ development. His laboratory has determined the molecular basis for several severe pediatric hormone deficiency diseases causing dwarfism and metabolic disorders.
Dr. Rhodes has responsibilities for the graduate degree programs and postdoctoral training in the School of Medicine. The School has 10 biomedical science Ph.D. programs (Anatomy and Cell Biology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Cellular and Integrative Physiology, Medical and Molecular Genetics, Biomolecular Imaging and Biophysics, Medical Neuroscience, Microbiology and Immunology, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Pharmacology, and Toxicology). In addition, there is a M.D. /Ph.D. combined degree program and 14 specialized Master’s degree programs. Dr. Rhodes would like to establish partnerships to provide opportunities for graduate (Ph.D.) and postgraduate training.  http://grad.medicine.iu.edu
