离子色谱法电导检测同时测定海水中硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硫酸盐等多种阴离子

摘要:本文报道利用离子色谱法结合抑制电导检测器的方法,采用Dionex Ionpic AS9HC (2mm),以0.25mL/min流速的9mmol/L Na2CO3作为淋洗液,在高氯化钠的含量条件下,同时成功地分离和检测痕量的硝酸盐、磷酸盐和非痕量的溴盐、硫酸盐,各离子在抑制电导检测下有很好的线性,检测下限分别为:NO3- 0.314μg/mL,PO42-0.239μ g/mL,Br- 0.111μ g/mL及SO42- 0.181μ g/mL。对不同地区的海水进行测定,其回收率为78%至117%。

Anion Chromatographic Method with Suppressed Conductance Detector for Simultaneous Determination of NO3-,PO42-, SO42- and other Anions in Seawater

Abstract:An ion chromatographic method with suppressed conductance detector for the simultaneous separation and determination of NO3-,PO43-,Br- and SO42- in the high content of NaCl. Separation was performed on a Dionex Ionpci AS9-HC 2mm column by using 9mmol Na2CO3 as eluent. Good linearities of the concentrations of all and relevant peak area responses were achieved.The detection limits were 0.314μg/mL for NO3-,0.239μg/mL for PO43- 0.111μg/mL for Br- and 0.181μg/mL for SO42-by suppressed conductance detection.The method has been successfully applied to seawater in different regions,and the average recoveries for variousions ranged from 78% to 117%.
