摘 要:目的:建立稳定、可靠的阿司匹林及其降解产物游离水杨酸的HPLC检测方法。方法:考察药典所载的阿司匹林及其降解产物游离水杨酸的HPLC检测方法;建立以乙腈为溶媒、苯甲酸为内标物的新方法,考察精密度、回收率、灵敏度等,研究阿司匹林在溶媒中的稳定性。结果:新的色谱方法具有良好的分离度、线性、精密度、回收率和灵敏度等,阿司匹林在新的内标液中非常稳定,而在药典所载的色谱方法的溶媒无水乙醇中不稳定,因此无水乙醇不适于阿司匹林及游离水杨酸的检测。结论:本实验所建立的新的色谱方法适用于阿司匹林
制剂的质量标准研究和药品质量
检验。

Abstract:Objective:To improve Chinese Pharmcopeia method for HPLC determination of asprin and free salicylic acid in aspirin praparation.Methods:The solvent,absolut alcohol,used in ChP method was substituted by acetonitrile in which aspirin did not disociated into salicylic acid.R esults and Conclusion:A new,sensitive,precision,and reliable method suitable for HPLC determination of aspirin and free salicylic acid in aspirin pr eparation is established by the authors.
