Abstract:Phenyl-silica gels were synthesized with four methods of reaction on
γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) silica gel. The synthesi zed gels were
used as stationary phase of normal pressure chromatography to sepa rate and
purify taxol. The comparison of these four silica gels was carried out . It was
found that the gel synthesized by gas-phase reaction gave the best re sults. The
purity of taxol was 77.4%, and the recovery was about
90%. |
