摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法建立了测定胎儿软骨中环丙沙星药物浓度的方法,实验采用Waters
HPLC系统,μ Bondapak C18柱,以乙腈—0.02 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液—三乙胺(30∶70∶0.05)为流动相,内标法定量,在λ=277
nm进行检测。在31.25~2000 μg/mL范围内环丙沙星和内标峰高比与软骨样本环丙沙星浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9990),方法回收率为99.3
%~103.2 %,日内、日间RSD分别为1.9 %~5.8 %、2.4 %~7.2 %,n=5。用此法测定了10个人工引产胎儿软骨中环丙沙星的浓度 |

of quinolones.To determine quinolones concentration in cartilagines
is a important means for investigating the mechanism of the disease.A
sensitive and precise RP-HPLC method for determination of ciprofloxacin
in foetus cartilagines was developed.Waters HPLC system and Watersμ Bondapak
C18 column and phosphate buffer-acetonitrile-triethylamine
as a mobile phase was used.Methodology evaluation shown that ciprofloxacin
cartilage concentration between 31.25~2000 μg/L had a good linear coefficient
relation(r=0.9990).The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm.The
average recovery of the method was 99.3 %~103.2 %.The RSD of within-day and
between-days were 1.9 %~5.8 % and 2.4 %~7.2 %.Ciprofloxacin cartilagines concentrations of 10
