摘 要:报道了4-氯-2-氧代-3(2H)-苯并噻唑乙酸乙酯除草剂及相关化合物的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。基线分离了4-氯-2-氧代-3(2H)-苯并噻唑乙酸乙酯及相关化合物5个组分,定量测定了4-氯-2-氧代-3(2H)-苯并噻唑乙酸乙酯和2-羟基-4-氯苯并噻唑,方法的相对标准偏差RSD分别为1.68%和1.03%,平均回收率分别为101.0%和100.2%,检测限分别为10.2ng和4.6ng。
Analysis of 4-Chloro-2-oxo-3(2H)-benzothiazoleacetic Ethyl Ester and Related Compounds by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Shao Tao(Chengdu

reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for
analyzing 4-chloro-2-oxo-3(2H)-benzothiazoleacetic ethyl ester (COBTAZAE)
as a herbicide is described. COBTAZAE and the related compounds, such as
4-chloro-2-oxo-3(2H)-benzothiazoleacetic acid (COBTAZAA), 2-
amino-4-chlorobenzothiazole (ACBTAZ), 2-hydroxyl-4-chlorobenzothiazole (HCBTAZ),
and 2,4-dichlorobenzothiazole (DCBTAZ) were well separated through a
Kromasil-C18(200x4.6mmID, 5μm)
by using CH3OH/H2O/CH3COOH(60/40/1,
V/V) as mobile phase and detection at 254 nm.The
good linear relationships of the injected amount versus peak area were
observed with the correlation coefficients of 0.9995 and 0.9991 for
COBTAZAE and HCBTAZ, respectively. The relative standard deviation,
average recovery and detection limit for determining COBTAZAE were found
to be 1.7%, 101.1% and 10.2 ng, respectively, and that for HCBTAZ 1.0%,
100.2% and 4.6 ng, respectively. |
