离子色谱法紫外测定海水中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、溴盐阴离子

摘要:本文报道利用离子色谱法结合紫外检测的方法,采用Dionex Ionpic AS9HC(2mm),以0.25mL/min流速的9mol/L NaCO3作为淋洗液,在高氯化钠含量条件下,同时成功的分离和检测痕量的亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和非痕量的溴盐。各离子在紫外检测条件下有很好的线性,其检测下限分别为NO2- 0.170μg/mL,NO3- 0.081μg/mL,Br- 0.048μg/mL。对不同地区的海水进行测定,其回收率在74%至103%。

Anion Chromatographic Method with UV Absorbance Detector for SimultaneousDetermination of NO2-,NO3- and Br- in Seawater

Abstract:An ion chromatographic method with UV absorbance detector for the simultaneous separation and determination of NO2-,NO3-,Br- in the high content of NaCl. Separation was performed on a Dionpic Ionpic AS9-HC2mm column by using 9mol Na2CO3 as eluent. Good linearities of the concentrations of all and relevant peak area responses were achieved. The detection limits were 0.170μg/mL for NO2-,0.081μg/mL for NO3-,0.048μg/mL for Br- by absorbance detection. The method has been successfully applied to seawater in different regions,and the average recoveries for various ions ranged from 74% to 103%.
