1.洛伐他汀 洛伐他汀的最大吸收波长为238nm,在此波长处,分析纯乙腈背景吸收较大,基线噪音干扰低浓度样品的检测,选用色谱纯乙腈结果满意。
柱温对洛伐他汀的色谱分离影响较大,常温(20℃)时,洛伐他汀与干扰峰分离不好,随着温度的升高,分离效果趋好,50℃时达到最佳分离效果。 参考文献

Determination of Lovastatin in Plasma Sun Kaoxiang,Wu
Linhua,Hu Junru,Huang Haiyan,Tian Huikai and Fan Hongwei (Institute
of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology,Ha’erbin Medical University,150086) Abstract:A HPLC method is described for the quantitative determination
of lovastatin in plasma.The analytical column was parked with Nova-Pak
C18 column(5μm,3.9mm×150mm) and kept at 50℃.The mobile
phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile:aqueous ammonium phosphate
buffer(0.05mol/mL,pH7.2)(48∶55,V/V).The detection wavelength was 238nm.Lovastatin
in plasma was extracted with SPE solid column.The calibration curve
was linear within the range of 5~500ng/mL plasma and the detection
limit was 5ng/mL.The mean recovery in samples of 10,50,500ng/mL
was (92.43±7.18)% and the RSD for the inter and intra-day were
