摘 要：用乙醇改性的超临界CO2,经过压力分级步骤选择性萃取白术挥发油中的不同族组分，在低压（12.0MPa）条件下完成对其中的β-榄香烯的萃取，并且将其在萃取物中的质量分数由高压下的4.8%提高到低压下的8.0%，萃取率达94.2%，同时降低了对设备的要求。

Abstract：A
method has been developed for the extraction and analysis of the active
component β-elemene
from Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae by supercritical fluid
extraction with CO2 containing ethanol．
The article discusses some
factors such as pressure,temperature and modifier that affect the
selectivity． Class-selective
extraction has been performed by varying the pressure．
β-Elemene could almost be
extracted completely at lower pressure (12．0
MPa) and its relative amount was raised from 4．8%
under higher pressure to 8．0%
for lower pressure． |
