摘 要:用乙醇改性的超临界CO2,经过压力分级步骤选择性萃取白术挥发油中的不同族组分,在低压(12.0MPa)条件下完成对其中的β-榄香烯的萃取,并且将其在萃取物中的质量分数由高压下的4.8%提高到低压下的8.0%,萃取率达94.2%,同时降低了对设备的要求。

AbstractA method has been developed for the extraction and analysis of the active component β-elemene from Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae by supercritical fluid extraction with CO2 containing ethanolThe article discusses some factors such as pressure,temperature and modifier that affect the selectivityClass-selective extraction has been performed by varying the pressure. β-Elemene could almost be extracted completely at lower pressure (120 MPa) and its relative amount was raised from 48% under higher pressure to 80% for lower pressure
