Shop assistant: Hello! Come in please, can I help you？
顾客：咱们这儿有这种药吗？
Client: Do you have this medicine？
店员：“消炎痛胶囊”，有，您跟我来吧。
Shop assistant: Indometacin capsules, yes, this way please.
顾客：我想跟您咨询一下，这种药原来好像是片剂的，现在怎么都是胶囊的了？而且有的药没有口服的，只能输液，真有些搞不懂。
Client: I have seen this medicine as tablets before, but now I canonly find capsules. Besides,I can''t understand why some medicine can''tbe taken orally, but only intravenously.
店员：是的，药物剂型有很多种，而且是不断改进的。
Shop assistant: Well, there are many kinds of medicine, which arealways in development.
顾客：对，我看报纸上宣传的药就有栓剂、颗粒剂、丸剂等多种类型，还挺复杂的，只制成一两种剂型不就行了吗，这样多复杂呀？
Client: I have read in the newspaper that there are even suppositories,granules, pills andsoon. It is so complex! Why not to produce only oneor two types？
店员：嗯，现在的药品有片剂、胶囊剂、注射剂、软膏剂等多种剂型，制成什么样的剂型要根据医疗、病情、用药部位、药物特性等需要。比如，五官科用点鼻剂，腔道用栓剂。
Shop assistant: Yes, there are tablets, capsules, injections, softelectuary and so on. Which one is used is determined by factors such as the state of the illness, where the medicine should be taken, the typeof medicine and so on. For example, the five sensory organs need nosedrops and cavities needs suppositories.
顾客：我明白了，把“消炎痛”制成胶囊也是一种改进吧？
Client: Are indometacin capsules more advanced than tablets？
店员：是的，“消炎痛”最早是片剂，但吸收差，对胃肠道刺激大，副作用多，所以才改成胶囊了。
Shop assistant: Yes, indometacin tablets are not as easy to absorband at the same time, they have more side effects, such as stomach and intestinal irritation.
顾客：原来制药中还有这么多学问，不听您说，我还糊涂着呢。这药是在这儿结账吗？
Client: Oh, there is so much to know when it comes to pharmaceuticals!Iwouldhavebeenveryconfusedhaditnotbeenforyourexplanation.Should I check here？
