摘要:目的 建立采用HPLC法测定乌灵菌粉中腺苷的含量。方法 C18柱为色谱柱,0.05mol/l磷酸氢二钠-甲醇(85:15)为流动相(PH值调至5.5),检测波长260nm。结果:线性范围为0.1-0.5ug,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.67%。
结论:该法操作简便快速,结果准确。
ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:TO establish a HPLC method for determination of adenosine in Xylaria sp. METHOD: C18 column was used,the moblie phase was0.05mol/l Na2HPO4-CH3OH(85:15)(adjusted the solution with H3PO4 to 5.5) the wavelength of the UV detctor was set at 260 nm. RUSULTS: The linear range was from 0.1-0.5 ug,the average recovery of added sample and RSD were 99.6% and 0.67%. CONCLUSION: The method was simple , rapid and accurate.
