HPLC测定乌灵菌粉中的腺苷含量

摘要：目的　建立采用HPLC法测定乌灵菌粉中腺苷的含量。方法　C18柱为色谱柱，0.05mol/l磷酸氢二钠－甲醇（85：15）为流动相（PH值调至5.5），检测波长260nm。结果：线性范围为0.1－0.5ug，平均回收率为99.6%，RSD为0.67%。 结论:该法操作简便快速，结果准确。 　　ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:TO establish a HPLC method for determination of adenosine in Xylaria sp. METHOD: C18 column was used,the moblie phase was0.05mol/l Na2HPO4-CH3OH(85:15)(adjusted the solution with H3PO4 to 5.5) the wavelength of the UV detctor was set at 260 nm. RUSULTS: The linear range was from 0.1-0.5 ug,the average recovery of added sample and RSD were 99.6% and 0.67%. CONCLUSION: The method was simple , rapid and accurate. KEY WORDS adenosine HPLC
