【中文摘要】 | 目的初步建立中药枳壳质量控制的模式识别方法方法。采用高效液相色谱对收集到的枳壳样品进行指纹图谱分析。运用相关系数计算和基于主成分分析的投影显示法对实验数据进行模式识别研究。结果枳壳指纹图谱分析与化学模式识别结果显示,大部分枳壳药材与江西地道药材成分相近,聚为一类;少数几个样品成分与江西类药材有差异。结论从药材的判别结果来看,多数样品与道地药材成分相近,从传统用药的角度出发,可近似认为它们质量优良,从而初步为枳壳药材质量优劣建立简单、快速的判别方式。 |
【英文摘要】 | OBJECTIVE To establish the chemical pattern recognition method for the quality control of Fructus aurantii. METHODS The flavonoids in the samples were extracted with methanol and determined by HPLC with non-linear gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of methanol,aoetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid. The fingerprints of 18 samples were obtained and handled by the chemical pattern recognition method.
