目的定量分析HIV、HIV／HBV混合感染者CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋T淋巴细胞水平和肝功能改变情况。方法采用流式细胞技术（FCM）对46例HIV感染者，14例HBV／HIV混合感染者及10例正常对照组分别检测CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋淋巴细胞绝对计数和CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值和肝功能相关指标。结果HIV／HBV混合感染组、HIV感染组及健康对照组各项指标问差异有统计学意义（F=50．67，F=46．06，F=912．51，P〈0．01）；CD3^＋细胞计数呈现为HIV／HBV组〈HIV组〈正常组（P〈0．01），CD4^＋细胞计数表现为HIV／HBV组〈HIV组〈正常组（P〈0．01），CD8^＋细胞计数表现为HIV组〉正常组（P〈0．01）。CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值降低，HIV／HBV组、HIV组〈正常组（P〈0．01）。结论CD4^＋细胞绝对计数减少和CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值的改变在评价HIV感染者的免疫状况、进展和预后等方面具有重要作用。HIV／HBV混合感染有可能加重机体免疫功能和肝功能的损害。
Objective To quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the CD3 ^＋ ,CD4^ ＋ ,CD8^＋T Lymphocyte Level and the Alteration of Liver function of patients infected with HIV, and polyinfected with HBV and HIV. Methods The flow cytometry was used to measure CD3 ^＋ ,CD4 ^＋ ,CD8 ^＋ and CD4/CD8 ^＋ ratio of 46 patients infected with HIV,14patients polyinfected with HBV and HIV and 10 normal controls and the liver function of them were measured. Results All markers of HIV/HBV polyinfection group, HIV infection group, H3V infection group and normal control group had statistic difference with each other（ F=50. 67 ,F =46.06 ,F=92.51 ,P 〈0. 01 ）. Quantity of CD3 ^＋ cells showed that HIV/HBV group 〈 HIV group 〈 normal control（P 〈 0.01 ） ,quantity of CD4 ^＋ cells was HIV/HBV group 〈 HIV group 〈 normal control（P 〈0.01 ） ,while quantity of CD8^＋ cells was HIV group 〉 normal control（P 〈0.01）. CD4＋/CD8^＋ ratio is invert, HIV/HBV, HIV group 〈 normal control （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The detection of absolute quantity of CD4 ^＋ cells and CD4/CD8^＋ ratio maybe important in evaluating immune condition, progression and prognosis of patients infected with HIV. Moveover, polyinfected with HBV and HIV may hurt the patient＇s immune function and liver function more serious.
