摘 要:基于在碱性介质中Cr(Ⅲ)和V(Ⅴ)对鲁米诺和过氧化氢的催化化学发光反应,研究了毛细管电泳在线化学发光分离和检测Cr(Ⅲ)和V(Ⅴ)。方法简便、快速、灵敏、进样量少。Cr(Ⅲ)和V(Ⅴ)的检出限分别为7.8×10-8mol/L和5.0×10-6mol/L,线性范围分别是32~80ng/mL和0.55~3.0μg/mL。
Separation and Detection of Cr(Ⅲ) and V(Ⅴ) by Capillary Electrophoresis with Chemiluminescence LIU Er-bao(Department of Chemistry,
Wuhan University, Wuhan, 430072) Abstract:A capillary electrophoresis chemiluminescence method was developed to
determine both Cr(Ⅲ) and V(Ⅴ). The method was simple, rapid and had better detection limits. The
linear calibrations for Cr(Ⅲ) and V(Ⅴ) were established over the concentration range of
32~80 ng/mL and
0.55~3.0
μg/mL with
detection limits of 7.3×10-8 mol/L and 5.0×10-6 mol/L,
respectively, by using 0.02 mol/L phosphate
butter(pH=2.5). |
