for the separation of Z、E isomers of toremifene citrate was developed by optimizing
the major affecting factors.The Z isomer content in several lots
of sample was determined by this method.The results show that the
established method is suitable to analyse Z、E isomers of toremifene citrate
due to its advantages of high performance,high speed and easy operation. Key words:toremifene citrate,Z、E isomers,high performance capillary
